Extra Life United 2017

Today marks the opening of Extra Life's 3rd annual gaming tournament, Extra Life United! ELU is a live event held in Orlando where gamers from all over the world compete to play video and tabletop games in order to raise money for their local children's hospitals. In addition to the gamers and industry veterans in attendance, the Champion Ambassadors from the Children's Miracle Network will also be there as a reminder about what Extra Life is all about: helping the kids!

Extra Life is near and dear to our hearts here at Geekundspiel, but sadly I was unable to make it down to Orlando this year for the ELU tournament. But just because we can't all escape to Orlando doesn't mean that we can't enjoy it! Extra Life is streaming their games all weekend on their Twitch channel starting today at 12:30 EST.
